Meet Fred Bruen
Fred was born in 1955, and raised in the quiet community of Whittier, California. He relocated to the Central Coast for its beauty and rural atmosphere after a long and successful career in the industrial business. Since Fred decided to make real estate his full-time career in 1987, he has been assisting people achieve their real estate selling, buying, investment and relocation needs. A Licensed Professional
Fred is a member of the North San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors and also associated with the California Regional Multiple Listing Service. He also maintains membership of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He was awarded the “Realtor of the Year” in 2005 by his local association.

Assisting the Community
Fred has been a part of the Up With Kids Back to School Shopping Spree since its inception in 2001. Loaves and Fishes, RISE, Singing Hands Children’s Choir, Applause Children’s Theater, Elks and others continue to be organizations Fred supports. And in recognition of Fred’s involvement in the community, he was awarded Paso Robles “Roblan of the Month” for September 2014 from the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce. Fred has been a Chamber Ambassador and also served on the Paso Robles Chamber Board of Directors over the years.
